Gorgeous aquamarine… Another one of my favourite gemstones, they come in many different shades of blue and varying clarity. This beautiful powdery baby blue is soooo lush! This was a recent commission for a birthday gift and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. The client had seen a few designs they liked and since the birthday was in March, aquamarine was the clear choice as it’s the birthstone of the month! I mocked up the ring before I set to work so I could show the size and colour of the stone to the client.
The finished ring
Here’s the finished result. We went with a textured band and a bright brushed finish, which looks so good with this colour aquamarine. It’s a really uplifting and “spring feeling” ring!
