Most of my jewellery is made to order and I usually ship your order within 1-2 weeks of ordering. If an item is in stock I can sometimes ship quicker. If you need an item urgently do contact me as I am usually able to prioritise an order if this is the case.
All UK orders are FREE.
Orders with a value under £50 are sent using Royal Mail First Class delivery. Orders over £50 are sometimes sent using Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Please make sure there is someone available to sign for your parcel. You can have it shipped to an address different to your billing address. Both of these forms of delivery usually take a couple of days from posting, but please allow up to a week for delivery.
Orders over £100 are FREE worldwide. Orders under £100 are £3 to Europe and £5 to the rest of the world.
International orders are normally sent Standard Air Mail, but for orders over £100 I use International Tracked & Signed or a similar service, where available. Please note that delivery times can vary a lot, depending on local postal services and whether a parcel gets delayed in customs. Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of you, the customer.
I’m happy to make an exchange or refund for any items with which you are not completely satisfied. The item must be returned new and unworn within 21 days of purchase, in the original gift packaging and posted in a padded envelope (e.g. Jiffy bag) for protection. I take no responsibility for lost or damaged packages and I recommend a tracked service to prevent parcels getting lost. I will pay for the postage of replacement item(s) where appropriate. If you want to return something, please contact me before posting the item back.
If one of my items breaks due to normal wear and tear, I will repair or replace the piece. I will also cover the postage involved, both ways. Normal wear and tear of a jewellery item is determined at my discretion. Please bear in mind that jewellery items are meant to break when strong force is applied to them, for safety reasons and to prevent accidents.
If you require something urgently you can add the Special Delivery Next Day option from the Reserved section, but please do check with me first to make sure the item(s) are in stock.
Each item is shipped in a Carin Lindberg Jewellery branded gift box ready to give as a gift. I can also add a ribbon and gift tag with your message. If you would like this, please add your message when you check out. I can ship your gift directly to the recipient if you like, just enter a different address for delivery and, again, add a message at checkout.
