NOTE: Currently part of the summer exhibition at The Byre Gallery.
This moss aquamarine ring features a geometric cut stone with beautiful tiny inclusions, which gives the gemstone its pale steel blue colour. The contrast between the shape of the stone and its sleek setting, and the randomly textured silver ring shank gives this one off ring a cool vibe. Understated and naturally elegant yet slightly edgy, it would look equally gorgeous with jeans and a jumper for everyday, as with a summery dress for a wedding.
The ring was made using sterling silver, with an understated brushed or “frosted” finish on the stone setting, and a textured brushed finish with polished highlights, on the band.
The ring is a one of a kind and is ready to ship in UK size P. This corresponds approximately to a US size 8. If you have any ring sizing questions just contact me. The stone setting measures approximately 11 x 11 mm. The ring band is about 6 mm in width all around.
NOTE: This ring haven’t made it to hallmarking yet, as at the moment the Assay Offices are closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As soon as this changes I will make sure it’s stamped with my makers mark at the Birmingham Assay Office, according to UK regulations. If you’d like the ring before then I can post it to you now, and I can organise to have it marked at a later date, once hallmarking has been resumed.
