It was love at first sight with me and Labradorite! I just adore this stone, its colours, the flashes and the fact that it kind of changes colour a little to suit what you wear. It’s just a great stone for jewellery and to create the sort of understated elegance I like. This ring is made with a beautiful flashy blue Labradorite with a dark grey base colour. The band is made with the trademark rugged texture that runs through this collection, inspired by the rocks and cliffs here on the north Cornish coast, resulting in a rich and sophisticated look and feel. The silver has a black patina that has been brushed back and polished on the high spots, adding extra depth and a bit of sutble sparkle.
The ring was made using sterling silver and genuine Labradorite gemstone. The ring band measures approximately 6mm wide and 1.2mm thick, a nice substantial weight.
This ring will be made to order in your size. Please select your size in the dropdown and I will contact you with a photo of the stones I have available.
The ring is not hallmarked as standard (it’s below the legal limit for sterling silver) but I can arrange for it to be stamped with my makers mark at Birmingham Assay Office, according to UK regulations. The hallmarking will take 2-3 weeks so bear that in mind when ordering.
