Textured silver stud earrings with Rainbow Moonstone drops

The saint meets the rock chick! Serene rainbow moonstones swing gently below ruggedly textured square silver studs in these awesome one off stud earrings. Like a lot of the pieces in the Rugged collection, these can work both for casual and for evening wear. Spice up a simple jumper or add edge to an elegant dress.

The organic texture on the square silver studs is inspired by the rugged textures of the rocks along the north Cornish coastline. It’s created by fusing silver dust and small pieces of silver to a plain base, resulting in this rustic and slightly industrial look and feel. The silver has a black patina that has been brushed back and polished on the high spots, adding extra depth and a bit of sutble sparkle.

The earrings were made using sterling silver and genuine rainbow moonstone gemstone. They measure approximately 30mm long from the top of the studs, and 13mm wide at the widest point (the stud part).
