Peridot drop earrings in textured silver

These Peridot drop earrings are a beautiful everyday pair with a little bit of zingy colour. The faceted peridot in a chartreuse green colour are set onto large sterling silver drops full of texture and character. These earrings are sure to spruce up your autumn clothes and would look great with a simple blue or grey wool jumper.

The organic texture on the silver drops is inspired by the rugged textures of the rocks here on the north Cornish coast. It’s created by fusing silver dust and small pieces of silver scraps to a plain base, resulting in this rustic look and feel. The silver has a black patina that has been brushed back and polished on the high spots, adding extra depth and a bit of subtle sparkle.

The earrings were made using sterling silver and genuine peridot gemstone. They measure approximately 40 mm long including ear wires, and 16 mm wide at the widest point.
