Burgundy sapphire necklace with slate texture and handmade chain

A large geometric cut burgundy coloured sapphire is flanked by etched sterling silver components, coordinating with the shape of the gemstone focal. The slate patterns are etched onto recycled sterling silver and patina is used to bring them out. The necklace is finished with handmade hexagonal links and closes with a handmade toggle clasp. It measures 18″ (46 cm) long in total. A statement necklace for the holiday season; pop on a coordinating statement ring and some big earrings and you’re good to go!

Dimensions & Size
The sapphire necklace measures approximately 18″ (46 cm) long. The central component with the sapphire measures approximately 22 mm by 36 mm including the silver surround. The whole front focal with sapphire and 2 links either side measures just under 6″ in length. The irregular freeform chain links are approximately 15-16 mm by 25-27 mm in size.
Hallmarking
This sapphire necklace is hallmarked and stamped with my makers mark at the Birmingham Assay Office, according to UK regulations.
Chain length
It is often possible to have a different chain, or a different length of chain, so if you’d like this do get in touch and I’ll be happy to help if I can.

The necklace comes packaged in one of my branded gift boxes, ready as a treat for yourself, or a loved one. I can also add a gift tag with your personal message to the recipient. I can also send it directly to the recipient (no receipt included, I will post that to you instead) with your message and my contact information. Just add a different delivery address at checkout.
Delivery
Usually posted within 2-3 business day, with Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, which is a tracked delivery service, for peace of mind. You (or the recipient) will need to sign for the parcel, so bear this in mind when you add the delivery address.
