And now for ring number 8!

Ring 8: Tourmalinated quartz ring with emerald and sapphire

Ring number 8 is yet again a bit of a statement! It features a large drop shaped quartz gem with striking black tourmaline “needle” like inclusions. An emerald and a sapphire set asymmetrically to one side add some little pops of colour to this otherwise monochrome ring. The ring band is tapered from very wide at the front of the ring, to a comfortable width at the back. It’s made from recycled sterling silver and the fused textures gives it plenty of edgy character. The dark patina and brushed finish with polished high spots emphasizes this further. The quartz stone is set in an open back setting so you can see through the gorgeous gem with its black lines. Despite its size this ring is very comfortable and easy to wear. A bit of an understated statement ring, fit for an everyday warrior princess – or queen!
